Public organization is created by persons united on the basis of common interests in order to meet spiritual or other non-material needs.
Thus, sports federations, various clubs (club of cynologists, club of animal lovers), organizations for protection of consumer rights, organizations for protection of legal rights and interests of citizens, various societies, and many other variants are created in the form of public organization.
For example, a public organization as a federation can be created to develop, popularize, propagandize, strengthen the position and enhance the prestige of any kind of sport in the country, aimed at expanding the role of physical culture, as well as the all-round and harmonious development of the individual.
It is possible to register a public organization – a dog breeders’ club. The aim of such an organization can be – an association of dog owners, aimed at support and development of social relations and moral and ethic norms in the sphere of keeping and breeding dogs in the civil society, increasing the level of cynological culture among the citizens, cultivation of the sports dog breeding as an element of healthy way of life among the youth and other categories of citizens, cooperation between dog owners and local authorities as well as state structures in the sphere of public safety protection.
Don’t forget that all public organizations have territorial sphere of activity – local, regional, interregional and international. Organizations can carry out their activities in this or that subject, depending on the territorial scope of activity.
Local public organizations carry out their activities within the territory of a local self-government body.
Regional public organizations operate within the territory of one subject of the country
Inter-regional public organizations operate on the territory of less than half of the subjects of the country.
International public organizations operate on the territory of more than half of the country’s subjects.
Associations. Associations are created to represent and protect common, including professional interests of Association members, to coordinate the activities of Association members.
Autonomous non-commercial organizations. Autonomous non-profit organizations are created to provide services in education, healthcare, culture, science, law, physical culture and sports and other spheres.
There are private schools, educational centers, universities, organizations of pre-schooling and additional education, sports development centers, cultural, creative and educational organizations, research centers, and many others in the form of ANO.
Foundations. Foundations are created with the purpose of forming property on the basis of voluntary property contributions and donations, as well as other income not prohibited by law, and directing these funds to different areas.
